My husband and I were sitting in the living room while watching the music video countdown on some station here. After discussing some random things, we fell quiet for a few minutes. Then my husband spoke up.
“Sending my truck to Mexico was the best decision I ever made. Right?”
I laughed at him and asked, “What about the decision to marry me?”
“Well,” he answered, “you are important, too.”
